Introduction Picture sequencing sets are a staple resource in most speech and language therapy clinics and classrooms. They can be used to develop skills in various aspects of language, including: vocabulary, pronouns, tenses, conjunctions, narrative, organisation of ideas into a coherent verbal sequence.

Teachers frequently use sequence pictures as a visual support for pupils who are struggling with story writing. Teachers/Specialist Teachers will also find these resources are useful for children with SpLD who are experiencing difficulties with sequencing. Such children may have difficulty ordering events.
