We will replace a disc that is faulty on receipt. E-mail or phone and tell us the problem. If the problem is with printing, check out the advice on printing at Adobe Technical Support first.
Our guarantee does not include any damage to the disc after purchase. CD’s should be handled with care. Only pick them up by the edges or the hole to prevent damage to the disc’s surface.
Using the CD
Great care is taken producing our CDs, however we suggest you take some simple precautions before using a disc.
We recommend you have a virus checker installed on your computer.
Always copy the files to your computer & keep the disc as a back up. Do not print directly from the disc, this is slow & repeated handling increases the risk of damage to the CD.
