However, the goods you order are individually licensed, so we need to retain your personal data in order to keep accurate records of your order history, and to ensure licence conditions are met. By keeping accurate details of your order history we are able to assist you efficiently when material purchased has been lost, or you are seeking to update previously purchased material, or extend your license terms etc. Keeping your personal data thus remains necessary for the purpose for which it was originally collected.
Black Sheep Press also needs to retain information in order to comply with our own statutory and legal obligations such as tax and VAT.
