The Why… Because, causal sentence resource provides a bank of engaging, color-illustrated sequences designed to support children’s understanding of ‘Why’ questions and their ability to form cause-and-effect statements. With 60 illustrated scenarios, this resource helps children explain reasons and consequences in a fun and interactive way. Understanding and generating cause-and-effect statements are crucial for developing children’s explanation skills and storytelling abilities.

Each activity includes full instructions, with differentiation strategies for younger children. Sample discussion scripts are also provided to guide learning.

How It Works
