Picture sequencing sets are a staple resource in most speech and language therapy clinics and classrooms to support the development of sequencing skills. Sequencing sets can be used to develop skills in various aspects of language including vocabulary, pronouns, tenses, conjunctions, narrative, and organisation of ideas into a coherent verbal sequence.
Teachers frequently use sequence pictures as visual support for pupils who are struggling with story writing.
