An organisation or team account gives you a licence which is suitable for use by more than one person. For example a small team, a large speech and language service or a university. Any organisation wishing to use Black Sheep Press resources will need an organisation licence. Organisation accounts allow you to tailor your account to your team size and manage membership of that team through your account. Print and use PDF resources for children you are working with or upgrade your account to send specially selected snippets.
For large teams or organisations, a £25 yearly admin charge is payable for an ongoing licence to use the resources across the team.

At Black Sheep Press we sell three types of licence:
1. An INDIVIDUAL LICENCE – this enables you to download the resources on up to two personal computers.
2. A SCHOOL LICENCE – this licence is specifically for schools. It allows the resource to be downloaded or put on a shared drive at ONE geographical school location.
3. AN ORGANISATION LICENCE – this is a bespoke licence for organisations and teams. The amount of team members licensed to use the resource will be specified on the licence and BSP invoice. Each licensed team member can download the resource on ONE computer. Resources bought with this type of licence can not be accessed by more individuals than specified in the licence. It is the responsibility of the organisation to contact Black Sheep Press Ltd if the licence needs to expand to more users. For large teams or organisations, a £25 yearly admin charge is payable for an ongoing licence to use the resources across the team.
When purchasing resources from Black Sheep Press, you agree to the following:
You can use the resource in your own direct work with children on your caseload.
You (the licensee) can print and photocopy extracts from the worksheets for use in your clinic/ school for children you are directly working with
The resource cannot be reproduced and shared. This includes emailing.
Your Black Sheep website account cannot be used to download and print resources by anyone else. You must not provide hosting for our resources for others to share.
SLTs/Pathologists that are working or training in schools must not copy Black Sheep Press resources onto school computers. Schools wishing to use these resources will need to purchase their own copy from Black Sheep Press Ltd.
You must not use Black Sheep Press products for commercial purposes. You must not alter our products in any way without permission, this includes uploading images to websites.

Black Sheep Press takes the copying and duplication of any of our resources very seriously. Our team of illustrators and authors work extremely hard to ensure we produce quality resources for you and the children you work with.
Where there are certain products that therapists feel schools could be advised to use with individuals then it would be appropriate for the school to buy their own copy.
You (the licensee) can upgrade your account to include Snippets. This will allow you to email Snippet resources from the Black Sheep Press website. Snippets are selected sections from the resource to use with children you are directly working with.
When you purchase an annual subscription to Snippets you have a licence to send the Snippets within the subscription year via our website.
If your subscription has elapsed you no longer have a licence to use these Snippets in your work with children.
If you have not upgraded to Snippets, while we understand there are pressures to reduce copying, paper and postage, it would be outside our copyright terms for files to be emailed or uploaded to schools’ computers or sent in a digital format to parents. Sending a Snippet
If you have Black Sheep Press resources and are not sure about whether you have a licence to put them on a shared drive please contact us and we will be able to confirm the licence for you.
You can share your team membership by using your account. Go to the team tab and add team member. Here you can add the email address of your team member.Adding team members
If you wish to email extracts of our resources you will need to upgrade your accounts to a Snippets account. Snippets enables you to send our specially selected extracts of resources to parents and carers via our website. This facility is an annual subscription.
If you have not upgraded to Snippets, while we understand there are pressures to reduce copying, paper and postage, it would be outside our copyright terms for files to be emailed or uploaded to schools’ computers or sent in a digital format to parents.
Do get in touch if you have a particular issue. We would always prefer that people ask if they are unsure.
No image or text may be digitally modified without permission.
If you have purchased an annual subscription to snippets you have licence to use and send the snippets within the subscription year via our website. If your subscription has elapsed you no longer have a licence to use these snippets in your work with children.
We no longer produce CD’s.
If you would like replacement download files you would need to email us with full details of the order in question, ideally with the original invoice number as this is a great shortcut to us tracing and confirming your order.
If your order has been within the last five years the basic charge for a replacement CD or download is £25 plus VAT, regardless of the value of the material. If items have been updated however since your original purchase, we would need to make an additional charge to update the item.
Unfortunately we are not able to replace downloads or CD purchased more than 5 years ago.
