Get Acrobat Reader
The files on the CD are in pdf format. You will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, version 5 or later. There is a copy of Version 8 on the disc. If you need an earlier version to be compatible with your operating system, go to www.adobe.com by clicking on the 'Get Adobe Reader' button.

FAQs
Q1.What if I cannot use a credit card? Can I be invoiced & pay by cheque or BACS?
A1. If you are a school, a health authority or a UK resident ( delivery to UK address) you can have an invoice in GB£ sent with the goods. At the checkout, select 'Invoice with order' from the 'Payment Method' drop down list. Payment must be by cheque or bank transfer for the full invoice amount in GB£. Cheques should be made payable to Black Sheep Press Ltd.
Q2. I was wondering whether BSP could invoice in Australian dollars ( or any other currency)?
A2. All BSP prices on our web site are quoted in £GB, we only invoice & accept payment in GB£.
Q3. How do I know what it will cost in Australian dollars ( or any other currency)?
A3. On the web site product pages there is an currency guide, top right - a series of flags - click the appropriate flag and a guide price in your selected currency will be displayed.
The figure is only a guide the precise conversion will be done by YOUR credit card company. The converted amount is not shown at the checkout, as payment must be in GB£.

Q4. When I get to the checkout VAT is shown, but I live outside the EU. How can I get rid of it?
A4. If you are not liable to pay VAT because of where you live , VAT will disappear when you select your country of residence.

Q5. How can I pay?
A5. If you are ordering from outside the the UK or the Euro Zone, the most cost effective way for you to pay is on our web site with a credit card.
Q6. Is it safe to use a credit card on your site?
A6. Payments are processed by CreditCall over a secure server. In the address line on your browser you will see 'https' at the start of the line which shows it is an encrypted server. See the CreditCall privacy statement for more information. During the 9 years we have used internet payment providers we have never had a security problem. We do not see any of your credit card details.
Q7. Can I have a catalogue?
A7. Because of high postal charges we only send catalogues to UK & Euro area customers. The web site contains more information than a paper catalogue. Samples of many products are available for download - click the 'more info' button. On the web site you can sign up for our email flyer which will keep you up to date with new products & offers. The email will only be about every 3 months - we will not flood your inbox with spam!

Currency & VAT
You can see how much individual items cost in your currency by clicking on the approriate flag or 'Other' at the top right of the product page.
VAT is only charged on sales in the EU.

Saving your BSP files to your hard disc.
When you receive your CD it is advisable to copy the files to your hard disc in case the CD is lost or damaged.
Some customers have had difficulty with this, this demo shows one way of doing it.

Guarantee
A faulty disc will be replaced, carriage free. Just e-mail or phone me and tell me the problem. If the problem is with printing, check out the advice on printing at Adobe Technical Support first.
A free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader is included on the disc for your convenience, this is not covered by our guarantee or conditions of sale. Adobe's own licence is included on the disc.
The reader can also be downloaded free from the Adobe web site.

Unsuitable Goods
If when we receive the item, we think it is unsuitable can we return it?
The short answer is, no! The reason being that each CD is compiled specifically for you as a customer, with your licence details printed on every page.
If you are unsure about the suitability of an item, click the 'More Information' button & in many cases there are samples of sufficient pages to help you make an informed decision.
If you are still unsure, give us a ring or email us & we can send you a sample CD.

Damaged CDs
Our guarantee does not include any damage to the disc after purchase. CD's should be handled with care. Only pick them up by the edges or the hole to prevent damage to the disc's surface. If the disc is damaged it can be replaced for a nominal charge of £15 (GBP). The damaged disc will need to be returned to Black Sheep Press.

Before using the CD
Great care is taken producing this CD for you, however we suggest you take some simple precautions before using this disc.
1. We recommendyou have an up to date back up of your hard disc before installing any files or software from this disc.
2. We recommend you use a virus checker before using this disc for the first time.
3. Follow any guidelines or instructions your organisation has regarding installing files or programmes on your computer or network.

Use of the CD
The licensee, the purchaser named on the CD label, may:
1. Copy the files on the CD onto a hard disk on up to 5 computers on one site. Work sheets can be printed as required from this computer, and/or hard copies can be made for use as photocopy originals.
2. Make one backup copy of the disc files, provided your backup copy is not installed or used on any other computer.
3. Install and use the Adobe Acrobat reader software on the disc as allowed under the Adobe licence included on the CD.
