COPYRIGHT
The name of the LICENSEE will appear on the CD and on sheets printed from it. All our materials are protected by copyright. The purchaser of the materials is granted a licence to reproduce photocopiable BSP material under the following conditions:
Resources may be photocopied/printed by the licensee for use with the children they are working with directly in clinic or as part of an individual’s programme. If schools are working with children not on a SLT case load we ask them to purchase their own material. We would expect each full time clinic & each school to have their own materials.
Images may not be digitally modified, or used in any product without permission.
Resources on CD-ROM may be copied onto up to 5 computers at one geographical location. Licences for networks/ multiple machines are available. One copy of the CD may be made as a back-up. If in doubt about how this applies to you please ASK

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex. Your card is charged when the order is placed but if the goods are not delivered or they are faulty you will receive a full refund.
If you are a UK customer, you can receive an invoice for the goods and pay later. Just like when you phone, fax or post an order.
All you need to do is select 'Invoice with Order' at the checkout. It's that easy!

Prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) £. Prices are also shown in other currencies but this is only a guide. The exact cost after conversion will be determined by your credit card company.
No charge will be made for postage. There is a minimum order level of £14 (GBP).
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
There is no post or packing charged on CDs.
The Narrative assessments, which are not on CD have a P&P charge of £5 applied ( worldwide) but this is included in the price shown on the web site.

Delivery Schedule
Goods will be normally be despatched within 7 days. There may be periods when this is delayed due to holidays. Goods will be sent by Royal Mail, first class post in the UK & Airmail elsewhere in the world. Royal Mail delivery targets are usually within 3 working days inside Western Europe and 4 to 8 working days to destinations outside Europe.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added to the cost of the CD. All other orders are VAT free.
The buyer is responsible for all local taxes.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach CredirCall computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee
We try to guarantee your satisfaction. Faulty items will be replaced and any return postage paid, however please contact us before returning any item.
If when we receive the item we think it is unsuitable can we return it?
The short answer is , no! The reason being that each CD is compiled specifically for you as a customer, with your licence details printed on every page.
